Tim Bresko
Project Manager
Tim Bresko grew up on Long Island in New York, and he will gladly list everything he loved about it: the beaches, the water, the seafood, and yes, the road systems. (Tim has earned his opinions about Atlanta-area roads.) Tim's sales career started in the most quintessentially Long Island way possible — selling fishing bait to bait and tackle shops on Long Island, then expanding the territory through New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. He moved from worms to Xerox machines, which he calls an easy transition, and was then recruited to Corporate Xerox in NYC, where he spent 18 years selling primarily into the NYC government.
After corporate downsizing, Tim and his wife attended a wedding in Acworth, decided they liked Georgia, and made the move. A short stint at REI Outdoor Equipment led him — accidentally, in his words — to Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors, where the people and culture pulled him in. He is now known on the team for his insurance knowledge and his growing depth in retail quotes. The drum-and-bugle corps instructor of his youth used to ask, "So you think you've arrived?" — meaning when you start feeling like you have made it, you still have a ways to go. Tim still re-invents his sales approach whenever the landscape shifts. His proudest professional moment came at Xerox, where he spent four years winning into a particular NYC agency stocked with 80 competing machines — and ultimately closed it on relationships, not price, earning a trip to the President's Club.
Home is his wife and their two Vizsla rescue dogs. Tim cooks with growing passion, collects and sharpens Asian knives and cleavers, rides motorcycles short and long, and is happiest on a twisty road in his Miata. Fun fact: he was a certified SCUBA diver at 15 and marched with a competitive drum and bugle corps ranked 16th in the U.S. and Canada. Bucket list: a motorcycle ride to the West Coast and back.
