Juan Vega calls Puerto Rico home — a paradise to him, but more importantly, the place where his mom and dad still are. Juan's career path is the kind only a real lifer in the industry could tell with a straight face: a year of college, eight years as an insurance adjuster across several companies, three years working for a roofing company, six years running his own roofing company, a year driving 18-wheeler trucks, a small remodeling company on the side, and now Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors. Adjusting school taught him both sides of the business, and that two-way fluency is exactly what he brings to homeowners now.

Juan's specialties are communication and work ethic — taking pride in what you do, learning constantly, and refusing to quit on a job. He carries his Xactimate fluency and his commercial driver's license into the field and treats each conversation like a chance to demonstrate integrity. The mentor philosophy he lives by is layered: integrity first, an open mind always, learn something new every day, and — above all — keep your word. He calls himself a people person, trying his best, a go-getter who leads by example. He wants clients to know he has integrity and does not give them the runaround.

Home is his spouse, whom he calls his rock — the one who keeps him in check when life gets hard — plus a family centered around building a better life for the kids. Juan is most rewarded by being a father and a mentor to his children. Tomorrow, he reminds himself, is not promised. Off the clock, you'll find him at baseball — both his own love of the game and watching his son chase his own dreams on the field. Fun fact: Juan played Class A and AA baseball in Puerto Rico. Bucket-list goal: own several properties to anchor his retirement.
