Irbin Moctezuma
Site Supervisor
Norcross is home for Irbin Moctezuma — both where he grew up and where he still lives — and what he loves about it is exactly what most Norcross natives will tell you: the diversity. Irbin's path into roofing started young. He began working in construction at 18 on his dad's crew, learning the trade directly from him, and went on to work as a roof installer before joining Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors. That hands-on grounding is what makes his eye for proper installation so trustworthy — he has actually put roofs on, the right way, hundreds of times.
At Peachtree, Irbin's area of expertise is anything roof-related, which is exactly the kind of utility player a production team needs. The mentor line he repeats to himself, in Spanish: exhale ganas — give it your all. His professional superpower is reliability and a steady willingness to help wherever he is needed, and that consistency has gotten him formally recognized: his proudest moment to date is receiving the Production MVP Award at Peachtree. He approaches every home he works on like it is his own — the simplest and probably the most honest standard you can hold yourself to in this trade. What he loves most is the homeowner's reaction when the work is done, and they see their home transformed.
Home for Irbin is his wife, Ashley, and their son, Miguel. Off the clock, he is a huge soccer fan and an admitted gear head — happiest with a wrench in his hand or watching a match. Fun fact: Irbin was a standout in youth sports growing up, even getting featured in local sports articles and newspapers. The big five-year goal: buying his first home — fitting, for someone who spends his days protecting other people's.
