Born in New Jersey and raised in Alpharetta, Erika Kight has called Woodstock, Georgia, home for years — a neighborhood she will happily tell you is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat Community (try saying that three times fast). It is fitting that she lives surrounded by lush yards and protected wildlife, because Erika has spent her career caring for things others might overlook. After more than a decade in sales, she joined Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors as a project manager and, more than seven years later, is one of the most decorated producers on the team.

Erika finished 2024 as Peachtree's top salesperson and has personally driven over $10 million in revenue as an individual contributor — a milestone she carries proudly as a woman in a male-dominated industry. Her father raised her on a simple principle: nothing is out of reach if you are willing to put in the sweat equity and figure out what kind of life you want before you go chasing it. She brings that same clarity to homeowners who feel completely defeated by a stressful situation hanging over their heads. Erika specializes in insurance guidance, damage assessment, ROI, and asset protection, and her promise is that every client gets the same attention to detail and communication regardless of status or situation.

Home for Erika is full and loud — her husband Dylan, stepson Miles, dogs Ozzie and Hank, and cats Norbert and Dottie. Off the clock, she is hiking with her camera, taking nature photography, or — to no one's surprise — getting unreasonably excited about raccoons. A former competitive horseback rider, she placed 5th in the state of Georgia for short stirrup show jumping. Her dream: a photography safari out in the wild.
