Hamilton, New Jersey, is where Denerick Spaulding came up, and what he loves about it is the blend of ethnicity and culture that shaped his early outlook. He attended Mercer County Community College in New Jersey before chasing a career in music — an industry that, perhaps surprisingly, sharpened the marketing, promotional, and self-presentation muscles he uses every day at Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors. Years of marketing his own music turned a previously shy, nervous-around-strangers version of himself into the outspoken, confident communicator clients meet today.

Denerick specializes in customer service and rapport building, and his professional superpower is the constant desire to help others, paired with the ability to communicate effectively across very different audiences. The mentor equation he lives by: opportunity plus preparation equals success — "It's the best equation you can live by," he says, and he treats every interaction like the opportunity side of the equation he has been preparing for. His proudest moment at Peachtree was an early one — learning how to create estimates and then watching one of his practice estimates turn into a real $25k retail reality. He is dedicated to precision and detail, and his personal motto is short: get it right the first time, every time. Helping homeowners arrive at solutions they did not know existed is what makes the work worth it.

At home, it is just Denerick; his daughter lives in New Jersey. Off the clock, he is a self-described pop culture nerd — comic book movies, comic books, and all of the lore that comes with them. Fun fact, in his own words: he can rap, "a wordsmith some might say." Five-year bucket list: skydiving.
