Born in New Jersey and a Gwinnett County resident since 1987, Dan Sinnott graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1998 with a degree in psychology — a credential that, in a roundabout way, led him into 16 years of teaching and coaching before sales and project management ever entered the picture. He started with Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors in 2018 and has been quietly compiling one of the more reliable resumes on the team ever since, including a company Culture Award along the way.

Dan's superpower is communication and networking, both of which were forged in the classroom and on the baseball field. As a teacher and as the head baseball coach of a 4A high school program for years, he learned how to listen first, understand what a person actually needs, and then figure out how he can best help them through it. He brings that same approach to homeowners at Peachtree, and he treats every client like they are his own family — the kind of standard that makes referral work feel less like a sales tactic and more like a natural outcome. His mentor line is short and unfussy: hard work pays off, full stop. The most rewarding part of his work is being able to help people with their homes and, sometimes, with the life challenges that come along with them — all while providing a quality life for his family at home.

That family is the center of everything. Dan has been married for 20 years and has two awesome children, whom he is genuinely proud of. Off the clock, he is working out, hiking, or settled in for family movie night. Fun fact: he has run a marathon and completed six sprint triathlons. Five-year bucket list: a trip to Ireland.
