Born in Tonawanda, New York, and briefly raised in San Antonio, Texas, Charlie has lived in Metro Atlanta most of her life. She attended Furman University on a full academic scholarship and dual-majored in applied mathematics and computer science, which laid the foundation for the systems thinking and details-first approach that has shaped her career ever since. Over nearly a decade, she has built a steady ladder of operations roles — including partner and interim managing director at OneWealth, where she managed 1,200+ properties, and Director of Operations at Bob Clarkson Real Estate — that led her to her current role as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors.

The phrase she has carried since her Girl Scout days is "leave every place better than you found it," and it is genuinely her operating philosophy. She has earned a stack of professional certifications while working full-time — Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor, Registered Investment Advisor, Georgia Real Estate License, Xero, and QuickBooks — and most recently completed the MIT certificate in Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation. Home for Charlie is loud and full.
