Alex Raffensperger
Project Manager and Field Trainer
Alex Raffensberger is a Duluth, Georgia kid through and through, and the friendships he made growing up there — the same crew he still hangs out with today — are part of why connection comes so naturally to him. Alex's career pivot came earlier and more decisively than most: in college, at 23, he found out he would be a father. He moved back to Duluth, took a full-time job at Sherwin-Williams, and then jumped into car sales for three years to provide for his baby girl and his then-girlfriend, who is now his wife. The hours were grueling. A friend in roofing told him there was a better way, and that conversation led him to Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors, where he has now been for nearly eight years.
What got him from there to here was equal parts grit and dad. Alex grew up playing baseball from age four, learned from coaches and role models, and looked up most to his father — a long-distance ultra-marathon runner of almost 40 years who showed Alex what it looks like to outwork the moment without skipping the people who matter. Alex brings that same blend of compassion and competitive edge to homeowners. His superpower is taking the moments of doubt, rejection, and loss in stride — and his approach is rooted in integrity: he does not push things people do not need, even if it costs him a deal. He wants every homeowner to know they are getting his best recommendation, not his commission's.
At home, Alex is married to "an amazing woman" and has four daughters, plus two dogs and a cat. He hits the gym, plays on a competitive tournament paintball team, hikes, rides motorcycles when he can sneak away, and is always ready for a day on the lake. Bucket-list goal: get out of the country.
