His specialties are sales, project management, and team leadership. The mentor's wisdom that has guided him the longest: always do the right thing and provide excellent customer service. Early on, he learned that if you take care of people consistently, pay attention to quality, and stand behind your work, the growth follows. His "aha" moment came when he realized that success in this industry is not about the product or service — it is about understanding what a homeowner actually needs, building trust, and guiding them toward the right solution. That outlook has stayed with him. Beyond his Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, the achievement he is most proud of is watching team members he has supported grow into their own roles.

Family is at the center of Ahmed's life. He is fortunate to be able to help take care of his parents, and that responsibility motivates him both personally and professionally. Outside of work, he is most passionate about soccer — the energy, the teamwork, the competitiveness — and traveling, which he uses to soak up new cultures and perspectives.
